Shri Alok Saxena, learned counsel appearing for the Bank has placed before us a copy of No Dues Certificate for loans issued to the present petitioner on 23.01.2025 mentioning clearly that there is nothing due with reference to the Loan Account No.50399849854 of Virendra Shankar Shukla (deceased) liability whereof had devolved upon the petitioner to pay. Shri Saxena has also stated that nothing remains overdue against the petitioner towards the aforesaid liability of loans borrowed by her husband. No Objection Certificate placed before us is taken on record and it shall form part of this order. In view of above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.
