This petition has been filed for the following relief: "(1) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 18.12.2014 passed by the Collector Fatehpur (contained in Annexure No.1 to writ petition) and order dated 08.10.2024 passed by Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Bindkai, District Fatehpur (contained in Annexure No.2 to writ petition); (II) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, calling for record of Case No.1208 of 2017 (Computer Case No.T2017022543021208) Gram Sabha versus Anshu Shukla under Section 67 of U.P.Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Bindkai, District Fatehpur, quash the same so far as it relates to petitioner." 3. By order dated 08.10.2024, the court below has fixed the case for argument on 14.1
