State" filed under Section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and provide a copy of the aforesaid case before passing any order within a time frame. 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions, states that record of Case no.4991 of 2023 (Computerized Case no.T202315099504991) has now been recovered. The said written instructions are taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on the basis of the above instructions, prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned. 5.
