Present writ petition is filed by petitioner praying that respondent no.2/Commissioner, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur may be directed to decide the revision No. C20170500080(Vinod Kumar vs. Satya Prakash and another) dated 12.01.2017 filed under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, within a stipulated period. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, respondent no.2/Commissioner, Gorakhpur Region, Gorakhpur is directed to proceed with revision No.C20170500080(Vinod Kumar vs. Satya Prakash and another) dated 12.01.2017 filed under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 and decide the same
