This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos.2 and 3 to make compliance/implementation of order dated 08.10.2024 passed by Additional District Magistrate (Finance & Revenue), Ghazipur in Case No.498 of 2022 (Computerized Case No.D202214290000498 (Devcharan Vs. State and others), under Section 30 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings as permissible under the law. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. Accordingly, the writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed above. (Vivek Chaudhary,J.)
