This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the proceeding under section-198(4) U.P. Land Revenue Code-2006 against the petitioners as Case No. 867 of 2024 (Tilak Singh Vs. Vimala Devi and others). (II) Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the respondents do not interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners over the land in question." 2. In paragraph 15 of the writ petition, it has been stated that proceeding u/s 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated against the petitioner on 31.8.2024. 3. At this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 4.
