This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(I) Issue, a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 02.07.2024 moved by the petitioner." 2. Perused the representation filed by the petitioner from which it appears that the petitioner has some apprehension of his chak being disturbed by the respondents while demarcating the same. 3. This writ petition has been filed only on the apprehension and at present, there is no cause of action of filing the writ petition. Therefore, I am not entertaining the writ petition. 4. However, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case, the petitioner is aggrieved, he may move an appropriate application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and in case, such an application is moved, the same shall be considered and decide
