This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.12.2022 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration), Jhansi Division, Jhansi in Case No. 00131/2020 (Computer Case No. C202006000000131), Rajaram Sharma Vs. Ram Dayal & others, allowing the revision filed by respondent No. 5. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha as well as learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioners have alternative remedy of filing a revision before the Board of Revenue under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
