The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the Additional District Magistrate (Revenue), Ghaziabad to decide the misc. application dated 17.12.2024 filed by the petitioner within one month. 2. The case of the petitioner is that there is dispute relating to apportionment of compensation between the petitioner and respondent no.3 and the same is pending consideration before ADM (Revenue), Ghaziabad. He has annexed order-sheet of the case and according to which the last date fixed was 13.01.2025. He submits that the case is still pending and no decision has been taken in the matter so far. 3.
