This writ petition has been filed for following relief:- "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus under Article 226 of the constitution of India directing the Learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate to decide the recall application in case no. 01373 of 2018 (Ravindra Kumar Chauhan Vs. Ayodhya & 14 others) within reasonable time." 4. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that recall application is pending since 25.01.2020 and the petitioner is opposite party in the aforesaid application.
