The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the respondent no. 3 i.e. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj to decide the Case No. 6695 of 2024, Computer Case No. 202402030206695 (Satya Narayan SIngh Vs. State of U.P. and others) within such specific time." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2024. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4.
