Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of impugned certiorari quashing dated order the 14.08.2024, respondent no. 4 and also renew the lease of pond for fisheries in favour of the petitioner. (Annexure no. 5 to the writ petition)." 3. By the order impugned, on an application moved by the petitioner he has been informed by the respondents that the patta has been granted on 14.8.2024 to one Mukesh Kumar s/o Jagan Lal. 4. The writ petition is wholly misconceived and is dismissed. However, it will be open for the petitioner, if he so desires, may challenge the patta granted in favour of the respondent no.6 in accordance with law. Order Date :- 10.2.2025 S.
