The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a writ of mandamus commanding respondents nos. 2 and 3 to pay compensation to the petitioners according to rules and regulation alongwith interest of one year and to decide their representations made in this behalf. 2. A perusal of the representation reveals that the land of the petitioners has yet not been acquired. According to the petitioners some survey has been made and the respondents have proposed certain amount as compensation to the petitioners for acquiring title over their land. The said case has been set up on basis of the information received and there is no evidence in this behalf on record. 3.
