Sri Prakhar Saran Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for dismissal of the petition. He submits that against the impugned order the petitioner had filed a revision before the State Government, which has been dismissed during pendency of the writ petition. He prays that the petitioner be granted permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the order passed by the State Government along with the impugned order. 2. Sri Manish Chandra, brief holder appearing on behalf of Sri Vineet Pandey, learned counsel for the Development Authority does not oppose the prayer. 3.
