At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to institute the same afresh by enclosing all the relevant documents, particularly the application filed by his predecessor in interest under Section 145 Cr.P.C. as well as the order of substitution whereby his name was allowed to be substituted in place of his father Late Virendra Singh.
