Not only that the petitioner has committed a default in repayment of loan amount of Rs.30,000/- which has increased upto Rs.1,65,000/- lump-sum till 25.02.2025 but he has further sold the mortgaged property creating third party rights therein. The default in the present case appears to be irreparable and there does not seem to be a bonafide intention of the petitioner to repay the loan amount. 3.
