The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 18.10.2024 and demand notice dated 6.11.2024 issued by respondent no. 3 pertaining to arrears of water charges and interest due and payable thereupon by the petitioner-cooperative society. The submission is that on the previous occasion, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing Writ C No. 21518 of 2024 and it was disposed of vide order dated 18.7.2024 with direction to the respondent- Authority to provide ample opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter, issue fresh demand in accordance with law. However, the petitioner has not been given any opportunity of hearing and although the amount has been substantially reduced in the impugned demand but still the same is incorrect. 2.
