The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the order dated 06.07.2020 passed by Competent Authority, Land Acquisition and for a direction to pay compensation to the petitioner in respect of Gata No. 1638 and Gata No. 1640 situated at Village- Sikandrarau, Tehsil- Sikandrarau, District- Hathras. 2. The aforesaid land in question was originally owned by one Likkha, the grandfather of the petitioner and the respondent no.3. The said Likkha had three sons, namely Tenia @ Ramgopal, Dhara and Bhulla. The petitioner is the son of Tenia @ Ramgopal. The respondent no.3 is the son of Dhara. Bhulla was unmarried and died intestate. After the death of Likkha, Tenia @ Ramgopal, Dhara and Bhulla had equal share in the land in question. After the death of their father, petitioner
