Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner has applied for establishing an industrial unit for which grant of consent to establish (CTE)/ consent to operate (CTO) is a condition precedent for establishing/ operating industrial activity. 3. The petitioner admittedly has applied on 20.01.2025 for the issuance of CTE/CTO. The statutory provision whereunder the application has been filed provides a maximum period of four months within which such a permission is to be considered and finalized by the competent authority in accordance with law. The statutory period has yet not expired, therefore, it cannot be said that the petitioner has a genuine grievance as on date. 4. Be that as it may. The competent authority is directed to finalize the gran
