This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the proceeding of Case No. 5847/2024, Computerized Case No. T202416670505847, Praveen Kumar Vs. State, under Section 24 of U. P. Revenue Code, 2006 regarding Arazi No. 287 area 1.774 hectares situated in Village-Amrauna, Tehsil-Chauthar, District Bhadohi. Pargana, Tehsil and District Bhadohi.
