This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Tehsildar, Teshil-Sadar, District-Ballia / respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.5249 of 2022 (Computerized Case No. T202215090305259) (Brijesh Kumar Ojha versus Rambahadur), under section 34/35 Revenue Code, 2006, Uttar Pradesh, pending before the Tehsildar, Teshil-Sadar, District-Ballia/respondent no.2 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid case is pending consideration since 2022 and the same has not been decided till date.
