This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities not to disturb in the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the share of petitioner in Araji No.29 having an area 0.171 Sq. M. in total area of 1.025 hectare situated at Village - Ashadha, Baiskati, Karari, Kaushambi." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has placed the instructions which are taken on record. On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel has submitted that petitioner can get his land demarcated in a proceeding u/s 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of the same, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an appropriate application u/s 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation of his land.
