The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2- Naib Tehsildar Ahraula, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh to decide the Case No. 2760/2024 (Computerized Case No. T202415060602760) (Smt. Champa Vs. Savita) U/S 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, Village Deurpur Sarai, Pargana Kauriya, Tehsil Budhanpur, District Azamgarh as well as complete the proceedings in prescribed manner, within stipulated time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid case is pending since 2024. It is further contended that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet.
