This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing impugned orders dated 07.08.2024 in Revision No.01259 of 2018 (Atar Singh Vs. Gulab and others) and 09.06.2017 in Case No.50/2009-10 (Atar Singh Vs. Kallu and others) passed by the respondent no.2 and 3 respectively (Annexure No.12 & 9 to the writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents not to interfere in the possession of the petitioner over the land in question in impugned orders dated 07.08.2024 and 09.06.2017. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondents to consider and accept the Kurra dated 17.06.2016 filed by the Lekhpal concerned first time in the present matter for deciding the case." 3.
