Petitioner has approached this Court against the order dated 19.03.2024 passed by the respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sewarai, District Ghazipur whereby auction of Talab for fishing has been cancelled on the basis of report dated 18.03.2024 of Tehsildar, Tehsil Sewarai, District Ghazipur. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the impugned order is an ex-parte order against the petitioner though he was the highest bidder. Admittedly, no agreement was ever executed in favour of the petitioner.
