This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 15.02.2024 passed by respondent no.3/S.D.M. in proceeding under Section 38(1) of U.P. Revenue, 2006. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy by filing an appeal under Section 38(4) of U.P.
