Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent commanding/no.2 i.e. Tehsildar, Tehsil- Handia, District Prayagraj to decide the Case No. 1538 of 2020- 21 Computer Case No. T202002030402045 (Kalawati and others Vs. Ram Lal) under section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006, pending since the year 2020, within stipulated period or time fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that the petitioner has earlier approached this Court by means of Writ C No.8989 of 2021 for the same prayer. Copy of the order dated 23.3.2021 has been annexed at Page No.30 to the writ petition. 3. In view of the specific bar under Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the High Court Rules, the second writ petition for the same cause of action is not maintainable. 4.
