Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2 is directed to proceed with proceedings under Section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 bearing suit no. 2775 of 2024 (Computer Case No. T20241802502775) (Laksho Devi Vs. Prem Pal and others),
