Present writ petition is filed by petitioners praying that opposite party no.2 may be directed to decide Case no.T202115060404412 of 2021 "Kamlawati and another vs. Ramlal and others" filed under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending since 29.11.2021 and has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petitioners would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj, District Azamgarh is directed to proceed with Case no.T202115060404412 of 2021 "Kamlawati and another vs. Ramlal and others" filed under Section 34/3
