To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to revise circle rate of the Tahseel Pindara, District Varanasi and acquire the land of the petitioner according to the enhanced circle rate. ii. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 not coerce the petitioner to execute sale deed of the land at lower circle rate." 2. Learned standing counsel has placed on record the written instructions received from ADM (F&R), Varanasi dated 04.02.2025. According to it, the circle rate was last revised in the year 2019 and at present, survey is being held for revising the circle rates.
