The matter is already engaging attention of the judicial forum available under the statute to which the petitioner is a party. In these circumstances, simultaneous proceeding drawn under the writ jurisdiction is not maintainable. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedy in pending proceeding.
