This writ petition has been filed praying that a mandamus be issued to the respondent Consolidation Authorities not to change the sector of the petitioner's gata no. 581 old plot nos. 219 and 218 situate in Village- Khandar, Pargana- Pahasu, Tehsil- Shikarpur, District- Bulandshahr. A further mandamus that the petitioner claims is to the effect that the respondents be directed to maintain status quo with regard to the aforesaid plot. 3. We are afraid that this kind of pre-emptive direction for a mandamus cannot be issued by the Court until some order, which the petitioner apprehends the respondents will make, is indeed made.
