The instant petition has been filed for mandamus directing the respondent no.2 / Board of Revenue, U.P., Prayagraj to decide the Second Appeal No.121 of 2020 (Ram Niwas and others vs. Additional Commissioner, Saharanpur Division, Saharanpur) within stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second appeal filed on behalf of the petitioners arising out of proceedings under Section 186 of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 is pending before respondent no.2/ Board of Revenue, U.P., Prayagraj since 8.1.2020. He further submitted that the copy of order sheet of the case has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the petition
