The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- i. To, issue a order or direction to the Respondent no. 1 to expedite/conclude the stay application filed with Second Appeal having case no. SA/3513/2023, between Santraj Yadav Vs. Banshraj Yadav and others under Section 331 of U.P.Z.A. Act, pending before Learned Court of Board of Revenue, Allahabad within stipulated period. ii. To issue any other order or direction which may court may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that second appeal filed on behalf of the petitioner arising out of proceeding under Section 176 of
