Munir,J. By the impugned order, the restoration application filed by respondent no. 5, Rajendra has been allowed and the order dated 16.01.2024 passed in the revision ex parte against him has been set aside. The revision has been restored to its original file and number. Admittedly, the restoration application was filed primarily within a day from the date of the ex parte order. In the circumstances, there is no good ground to interfere with the order impugned. The Revisional Court will decide the revision within a period of two months. In the event, the petitioners make an application for interim relief, in order to preserve status quo as exists today, appropriate orders shall be passed on the said application after hearing parties within ten days.
