The petitioner says that his rights have been expunged in land comprising Plot Nos. 3442/1 (10 decimals), 3442/2 (31 decimals), 3442/3 (15 decimals), 3443/1 (10 decimals), 3443/2 (31 decimals) and 3443/3 (13 decimals), that was purchased by his Late grandfather Ram Pal Singh s/o Jai Narayan Singh, r/o Village Surish, Shahganj, District Jaunpur at a Court auction held on 28.09.1916. If the petitioner's rights, dating back to his grandfather's time which he has inherited, have been expunged from the revenue records, the petitioner's remedy is to file title objections or other proceedings under the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
