In compliance with the order dated 27.01.2025, Vijay Shanker Singh, Consolidation Officer, Katghara, Jaunpur, has submitted a report dated 03.02.2025 through the Registrar (Compliance) reporting that the petitioner's objections under Section 21(1) of the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 have been disposed of vide order dated 24.01.2025. A copy of the order dated 24.01.2025, rejecting the petitioner's objections, have been annexed. 5. This Court must remark that an act of justice, the result of which is a judgment and order, does not commensurate well with the idea "disposal".
