The instant petition has been filed for following relief:- I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent No. 2, to forthwith decide the Second Appeal No. 60 of 1998-99 pending before the Board of Revenue, Allahabad, expeditiously, within stipulated period as fixed by this Court. II. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the parties to maintain status quo over Khasra No. 107M, Rakba 1.044 hectare situated in Village Langhamajra, Pargana Sarsawa, Tehsil Nakur, District Saharanpur, during pendency of present petition before this Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that second appeal filed on behalf of
