The instant petition has been filed for following relief:- I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 1, to decide the Case No. 739 of 2015 between the parties (Hinchh Lal vs. Ram Dular & others), under Section 331 (4) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, expeditiously, within stipulated period as fixed by this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that second appeal filed on behalf of contesting respondent, under Section 331 (4) of U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act, is pending before respondent No. 1 Board of Revenue U.P. at Prayagraj, since 21.04.2015.
