Brief facts of the case are that proceeding under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, an order was passed by Sub Divisional Officer on 6.1.2022 on the basis of demarcation report submitted in the proceeding. Against the order dated 6.1.2022, appeal under Section 24 (4) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed by petitioners was dismissed vide order dated 12.2.2024. Against the appellate order dated 12.2.2024, revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed by petitioners has been entertained and interim order has been passed on 14.11.2024 directing the parties to maintain the status quo. The Board of Revenue vide subsequent order dated 6.1.2025 recalled the order dated 14.11.2024 and fi
