Consolidation of Holdings Act. In view of the fact that the Consolidation Officer has decided the objections under Section 9A(2) of the Act, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is accordingly consigned to record with liberty to the petitioners seek their remedy against the order of the Consolidation Officer, as advised. The report of the consolidation and a copy of the order deciding the petitioners' objections shall be retained on record.
