The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 06.03.2024 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Badaun, by which, the withdrawal application made by one Prabha Devi, one of the several title holders seeking partition of the land along with another Chetan Patel, who sought to withdraw their claim, was rejected. The petitioner is neither Prabha Devi nor Chetan Patel. He is Praveen Kumar, whose mother was one of the claimants in the objections and the petitioner now represents her interest. If anybody could be aggrieved by the order of the Consolidation Officer dated 06.03.2024, it would be Prabha Devi and Chetan Patel, whose withdrawal application has been rejected by the Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Budaun.
