Heard Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Sanjai Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.7/1, Mr. Anjani Kumar Chaurasia, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Mr. Rameshwar Prasad Shukla, learned counsel for respondent- Gram Sabha. 2. Brief facts of the case are that suit under Section 229-B of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act was filed by respondent no.7 (Bihari Singh) impleading petitioner and others as defendants. The aforementioned suit is still pending for adjudication before Trial Court and application under Section 212 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been filed on behalf of respondent no.7/1, Amar Nath impleading the petitioner as respondent no.3 with the prayer that proceeding of the suit be transferred to any other Court competent to hear the matter. The Board of Revenue vide impugned order dated 27.11.2024
