The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1, Board of Revenue U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the second appeal No. 1449/ 2016 Computerized case No. AL20160719001449 (Santosh Kumar Vs. Additional Commissioner and Others) u/s 331 (4) of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that second appeal filed on behalf of the petitioner is pending before respondent no.1, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj since 2016.
