The only relief sought in this petition is the issue of a writ in the nature of mandamus to the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Azamgarh to decide the petitioner's pending Appeal No. 155 of 2008, Arvind and others vs. Mithai Lal and others, under Section 11(1) of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953. In compliance with the orders dated 24.10.2024, 19.12.2024 and 09.01.2025, the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Azamgarh has submitted a report dated 11.02.2025 through the Registrar (Compliance) saying that the petitioner's appeal aforesaid has been decided after hearing parties on 07.02.2025.
