The prayer of the petitioner is that possession over his chak may be delivered in accordance with his rights recorded in CH Form 23. For the purpose, the petitioner may take appropriate steps under Rule 109A(2) or such other provisions of the law, either under the Uttar Pradesh Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 or the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if a notification under Section 52 has already been issued, as advised.
