The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1, Board of Revenue U.P. at Prayagraj to decide the second appeal No. 2718 of 2023, Computerized case No. AL20230719002718 (Gajraj Singh Vs. Roshan Singh and others) u/s 331 of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that second appeal filed on behalf of contesting respondents is pending before Board of Revenue, U.P. at Prayagraj/ respondent no.1 since August 2023. He further submitted that petitioner is opposite party No. 1 in the aforementioned second appeal. H
