In compliance with the order dated 23.01.2025, the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Gorakhpur has submitted a report dated 14.02.2025 saying that Appeal No. 2160/607 of 2018, Ravi Pratap v. State has been decided vide order dated 13.02.2025. A photostat copy of the order of the Settlement Officer of Consolidation has been annexed. 2. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this writ petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record with the remark that should the petitioner feel aggrieved by the order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, it will be open to him to pursue such remedies, as advised.
