Brief facts of the case are that order for mutation under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was passed on 03.05.2023 in favour of respondent No.4 and 5 on the basis of the registered sale deed dated 04.01.2023 executed in their favour. Petitioner is claiming right on the basis of the agreement dated 11.10.2022. Against the order of Naib Tehsildar dated 03.05.2023 petitioner filed a restoration application before Naib Teshildar and the Naib Tehsildar vide order dated 08.05.2023 stayed the operation of the order dated 03.05.2023. Against the order dated 08.05.2023 revision has been filed by respondent Nos.4 and 5 in which interim order dated 20.03.2024 has been passed by Board of Revenue hence this writ petition before this court for the following rel
