Brief facts of the case are that proceedings u/s 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code was initiated at the instance of private respondents and the same was registered as Computerized Case No. T- 202003390301757 (Avnendra Kumar Vs. Krishna Kumar). During pendency of the aforesaid mutation proceeding, transfer application under section 212 (1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was filed on behalf of petitioners.
